French speaking customer care representative
Our client is an energy technology company committed to innovation, sustainability, and reducing environmental impact. Their solutions optimize energy use and industrial operations, shaping a more efficient and sustainable future.
Currently, they are looking for a French Speaking Customer Care Representative who will handle order entry, inside sales, and administrative tasks. The role also serves as a key point of contact for both pre- and post-sales customer inquiries. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for efficiently managing the exchange of commercial information between Field Sales, Distributors, Supply Chain/Logistics, and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage allocated key accounts and regions, and back up other regions
- Provide phone, email, and web support to Field Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, OEMs, and Direct Customers
- Assist with order status, lead times, returns, shipments, and issue tracking via resolution tool
- Help resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely, accurate data entry for orders, returns, and customer records
- Collaborate with Sales, Inside Sales, Tech Support, Supply Chain, and Engineering to meet customer needs and improve processes
- Support returns coordination for repairs or restocking
- Maintain Customer Master Data and perform required security checks
- Contribute to process improvement projects on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements
- University degree
- Fluent and confident French language skills, both written and spoken
- Fluent and confident English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic technical understanding
- Strong teamwork skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work under pressure
- Assertive and excellent communication skills
Nice-to-have
- Previous relevant professional experience
- Graduated commercial apprenticeship
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems
- Fluency in another European language
