Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers that really make a difference? In this role, pricing accuracy directly impacts our revenue, so your contribution will be critical. If you’re confident with Excel, have some SAP experience, and enjoy solving problems, this role is for you!
You'll be responsible for keeping our pricing and discount systems up to date. This includes entering price changes, setting up customer discounts, and making sure everything in the system runs smoothly and correctly.
The role
- Entering permanent discounts into our SAP system
- Setting up discounts for payments made after delivery (retrospective rebates)
- Updating price lists and recording price changes
- Gathering all the necessary data for pricing (e.g. for soft drinks, coffee, spirits, crate and deposit fees)
- Making sure prices and discounts match our commercial agreements
- Following up with other teams if pricing information is missing or unclear
- Checking the accuracy of prices before invoicing
- Testing pricing updates in SAP and reporting back as a key user
- Creating simple control checklists to make sure everything is working properly
- Working closely with internal teams like sales, finance, and logistics
Expectations
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. pricing, admin, finance, data entry)
- At least secondary education (university degree is a plus)
- Good Excel skills (you can work with formulas and functions)
- SAP knowledge is a big advantage but not a must
- Confident English skills (you’ll use it in written and spoken form)
- A precise, reliable, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a structured working style
- Customer-oriented attitude
