As IT Contracts Analyst, you will be responsible for operational activities of all DTPS Group Contracts (framework / license / SaaS Agreements, SOW, NDA etc.) and ensure 100% compliance with our internal SLAs.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contract Lifecycle Management
Manage the full lifecycle of DTPS contracts using SAP Ariba Contract Management System, incl. creation, tracking, and updating of agreements (e.g., Master Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, NAAs, SaaS). Ensure accurate entry of key data such as dates, payment terms, and vendor details, and drive the approval and signing process.
- Stakeholder Support
Work closely with DTPS stakeholders to facilitate contract-related processes - from selecting the appropriate contract type to coordinating approvals and managing electronic signatures via DocuSign - ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Contract Reporting and Monitoring
Support the IT Contracts Manager in tracking upcoming contract expirations and renewals. Prepare related reports, draft renewal amendments or termination letters, and ensure timely vendor notification actions in line with internal service level agreements (SLAs).
- Vendor Engagement
Engage with external vendors to support contract execution through electronic signing process via DocuSign and ensure all finalized contracts are properly stored and maintained in SAP Ariba.
- Audit and Compliance Support
Assist in internal and external audits by ensuring accurate contract documentation, timely responses to audit requests, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or IT, law or finance.
- Min 2 years’ experience managing IT Contracts
- Administrative skills on contract management system(s) (experience on SAP ARIBA tool is a plus)
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Basic knowledge in SAP system for Purchase Requisition (PR) creation
- Prior experience in a large corporate environment is preferred
- English – professional (spoken & written)
