As a Customer Call Center Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—representing a globally recognized brand and playing a key role in delivering outstanding service and support. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Support sales campaigns, introduce new products, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Manage customer data, credit policies, and order entries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide first-level support and insights to the Market Developer (MD) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Keep our CRM and customer databases up to date and well-organized.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (call center experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and Latvian, (Russian would be counted as an advantage).
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability.
