We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Group Strategic Finance team. You will play the key role in providing Commercial Management and Senior Management with reliable and timely financial information, robust financial analysis, and data insights in the area of RGM/RTM, as well as Trade Investment Optimization. You will have a unique opportunity to participate and lead projects in the Commercial Finance area, and act as a liaison between Finance and Commercial on the country, regional, and group level.
IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:
• Prepare various overviews for top management like Commercial policy/Promo/Discounts initiatives, (Floor pricing, Discount reporting, promo KBIs, etc.)
• Monitor RTM & RGM initiatives and perform Promo profitability analysis and review
• Perform different pricing and discount analytics (both regular & promo), leveraging data & tools, for the purposes of regular follow-ups or specific initiatives/business needs
• Conduct interviews with countries to deep dive into specific topics, as per business need (e.g. CP/Promo process, PFP validation process, etc.)
• Support the Group team regarding BP and forecasting, target settings and scenario analysis process giving valuable insights
• Support Group Functions with financial information and analysis required for decision making
• Participate in Tools/Systems/Reports development, deployment and adoption
• Develop, maintain and use financial models, templates, strategic and operational measures in order to perform business analysis NSR, Pricing and Discounts
YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance mandatory and preferably in the area of Commercial Finance Analysis.
• Good knowledge of promotions, trade investments, revenues and reports understanding
• Advanced MS office knowledge (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Business Modelling) and PowerBI
• High level of comfort working with complex financial structures and large datasets
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities
• Ability to understand and synthesize complex data and information to provide conclusion which will drive insights for recommendation
