- Own a portfolio of accounts: renewals, upsell/cross‑sell and long‑term relationship building.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable success plans and roadmaps.
- Coordinate with delivery, support and finance to ensure contract and SLA compliance.

Your profile
- 3+ years in account management or customer success with commercial ownership.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
- Data‑driven mindset; comfortable with QBRs, forecasts and CRM.
