Data Scientist

Job details
- Translate business problems into data science projects and measurable outcomes.
- Collect, clean, and explore complex datasets; design experiments and evaluate impact.
- Build and validate statistical/ML models; productionize with reproducible pipelines.
- Communicate insights via clear narratives, visualizations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers and product teams to ship data-driven features.

Your profile
- 3+ years in Data Science; strong skills in Python or R and SQL.
- Hands-on with pandas/NumPy, scikit-learn (or similar), notebooks, and version control (Git).
- Solid statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference basics).
- Experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and cloud ML services is a plus.
- Clear communication in English and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
